At Bites & Trays, we take pride in delivering exceptional gourmet catering experiences. Every order is prepared with fresh ingredients and utmost attention to detail to ensure your event is nothing short of perfection.
To maintain our high standards while offering flexibility, we have outlined our cancellation and refund policy below.
Returns & Refunds for Perishable Goods
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns of food items. We highly encourage customers to review their orders before confirmation to ensure accuracy.
For any specific dietary preferences or modifications, please notify us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate within our menu offerings.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans may change, and we strive to offer flexibility while ensuring fairness to both parties. Our cancellation and refund policies vary based on whether an upfront payment was made and the time of cancellation relative to the event date.
For Bookings with Upfront Payment (Deposits or Full Payment Made)
- More than 4 days before the event → Full refund or credit towards a future booking.
- Between 4 days and 48 hours before the event → 50% refund of the total order amount.
- Less than 48 hours before the event → Non-refundable, as preparations, ingredient procurement, and staffing arrangements would have been finalized.
For Bookings Without Upfront Payment
- More than 2 business days before the event → No penalty or charges applied.
- Less than 2 business days before the event → Cancellation will incur a cancellation charge, as last-minute changes affect our scheduling and inventory management.
Modifications & Adjustments
- Order changes are allowed up to 72 hours before the event, subject to availability.
- If a modification increases the order total, the additional amount must be settled immediately.
- If a modification reduces the order total, the difference will be credited toward a future order (no cash refunds).
Order Errors & Quality Concerns
If you experience any of the following issues upon receiving your order:

✅ Missing items
✅ Quality concerns
Please contact us immediately. If verified, we will:
- Provide a replacement (if time allows)
- Offer a partial refund based on the missing/incorrect items
Note: We may request photos or other proof to validate claims.
